1: WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can conveniently check the status of your order and track its delivery by visiting  "Track Order" on the  courier website.

2: HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Returning a product is straightforward. You have a window of 14 days from the delivery date to return your online purchase, and returns are complimentary, including a prepaid return label. It's important to note that NYB recommends using the provided prepaid label for liability reasons. Ensure that your return takes place within the country or region of purchase. More details on eligible products and the return policy can be found on the dedicated "Return Policy" page. The steps to process a return are as follows:

  1. Please notify us on office@notyourbusiness.store providing your order’s number. 
  2. Fill out the online return form which which will be sent after your request. After submitting your request, you have 7 days to return your order.
  3. Ensure that the item(s) are in unworn condition, with all tags attached, including gift packaging.
  4. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, attaching the enclosed return shipping label. Put the purchas confirmation (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the address from the form.

 

3: CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN A STORE?

Unfortunately, the in-store pick-up service is not currently available. If you need any assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to NYB client service.

 

4: DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND ISSUES

Upon delivery, it is crucial to verify that the number of boxes matches what is stated in the shipping confirmation email and that the package is undamaged. In the event of any discrepancies or damage, it should be immediately documented in writing on the courier's delivery documents.

5: DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The courier operates from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make as many  delivery attempts as is in couriers policy. After the all unsuccessful attempts, your order will be returned to the NYB offices.

8: CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Once you have placed an order, please be aware that it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
