  1. General Provisions

    1.1. These General Sales Terms and Conditions describe the therms on which Not Your Business, Polish company registered as P.W. Megant based in Poznan, ul. Przemyslowa 50/13 sells NYB products through the website www.notyourbusiness.store

    1.2. Your agreement to these Terms and the Terms of Use of our website is required before making a purchase. We recommend careful reading of these documents, especially our General Terms, before making a purchase. If you disagree with our Terms and/or Tou, you won't be able to place orders on our website.

    1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update our Terms, with the updated version being published on our website. The Terms in effect when you place an order will apply to the contract between us.

    1.4. Our General Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, explaining the use of your personal data, and our Cookie Policy.

  2. Product Details and Availability

    2.1. Information about our Products, including product codes and prices, is available on our website.

    2.2. Product images on the website are for illustration only, and while we strive for accurate representation, variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. Rely on the product descriptions for accurate information.

    2.3. We have the right to refuse orders, especially if quantities ordered suggest commercial purposes or other unauthorized activities. Limits may be placed on identical product purchases (maximum of two per order) and total items per order (up to ten).

    2.4. We can change or discontinue products or features described on the website, with exceptions for orders already accepted.

    2.5. In case of a connection failure during the ordering process, your selection may be lost, and you'll need to re-enter it. Products in your cart are not reserved.

  3. Pricing

    3.1. Product prices are displayed in US Dollars on the website,  exclusive of applicable taxes depending on the delivery location. Delivery charges, if any, will beon behalf customer and will be communicated during the checkout process or/and during delivery if customs or other payments will apear.

    3.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate product prices. Mispriced products will result in order cancellation.

    3.3. We reserve the right to change product prices, but such changes won't apply to products for which we've accepted a purchase order.

  4. Placing an Order and Contract Formation

    4.1. When placing an order, you may need to create an account and provide personal details. By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

    4.2. To place an order, follow our instructions on the website:

    (I) Select the desired product(s), choose size, color, and quantity.

    (II) Add products to your basket.

    (III) Fill in the order form with personal information.

    (IV) Choose your payment method.

    (V) Accept our General Terms and TOU.

    (VI) Confirm understanding of our Privacy Policy.

    (VII) Place your order.

    4.3. Before finalizing your order, review your selection and correct any errors.

    4.4. Placing an order implies agreement to pay for the ordered products.

    4.5. The product information on the website is an invitation to offer. Your order is subject to our acceptance. Order acceptance comes through an email confirming product shipment.

  5. Payment

    5.1. You must pay for products, additional services, if any, delivery charges and any customs and taxes.

    5.2. Payment through payment service providers is subject to their terms.

    5.3. Payment occurs upon shipment of your order.

    5.4. Unprocessable payments lead to order cancellation.

    5.5. You are responsible for any charges or fees from your payment institution.

    5.6. For each order, we will issue an electronic confirmation for the purchased products, and you agree to such form of confirmation. The email will be established based upon the information provided by you at the time of submitting the order.

  6. Pre-Order & Order of Products

    6.1. On occasion, pre-ordering products may be possible. We'll indicate the expected delivery time.

    6.2. A pre-order can't be canceled after it's processed, and you'll be charged when you place the pre-order.

    6.3. For pre-orders, the price might change between order placement and product shipment, but the price when you ordered will apply.

          6.4. Packages are generally dispatched within 7 days after receipt of                      payment and are shipped via courier.

  1. Order Cancellation and Returns

    7.1. For information on the return process, please refer to our Return Policy.

    7.2. For specific reasons, we can cancel your order, as stated in our Cancellation Policy.

    7.3. Returns can be requested within a 14 days period after the product delivery date. Follow the instructions in the Return Policy for returns.

    7.4. We may not accept returns if you do not comply with the Return Policy.

    7.5.For defective products or orders damaged during delivery, consult the Return Policy for applicable procedures.

  2. Delivery and Product Receipt

    8.1. Delivery dates are approximate, and delays may occur for various reasons. We are not liable for delivery delays unless they exceed 30 days.

    8.2. Upon receipt, inspect the products and report any damages to the carrier and contact us within the provided period. Check our Return Policy for more information.

    8.3. Risk and responsibility for products pass to you upon delivery.

    8.4. Delivery to a third party at your request is also subject to risk transfer upon delivery to that party.
