Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

NYB is the official global distributor for the brand Not Your Business. Please be aware that we can only receive packages with the recipient's name listed as Notyourbusiness.store.

If you wish to make a return, you have the flexibility to do so within 14 days from the date of delivery in the country where the item was received. To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original state, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. The items must be returned within original packaging provided with your shipment for the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us via office@notyourbusiness.store, providing your order number. Insert the copy of the purchase you received with your order into the package and ship it using a secure shipping service to the address specified in the return letter.

 

Please understand that the costs and risks associated with returning items are the responsibility of the sender. NYB cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to the parcel. Parcels without the customer's identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) will not be accepted.

Currently, we do not offer free returns. For all international returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return.

 

Exchanges

Kindly note that we can only facilitate exchanges for a different size within the same model. To verify the product's availability, please contact us at office@notyourbusiness.store. If the item is in stock at our warehouse, we will reserve it for you. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged item to the address specified in your original order.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different color or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

Refund

To meet the quality control criteria for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unworn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you.

Please bear in mind that can be shipping option, depend of country, the refunded amount will be the price paid at checkout, less the import duties and taxes. These charges are collected on behalf of the customer's national tax authorities and are not imposed by Not Your Business. We ship worldwide from two coutries Poland and Thailand.
